Purpose: closing bottles for pharmaceutical use


Composition:

a) metal part: aluminium strip of a purity 98.5 – 99.5%; lacquered on the inside and out side part, thickness of the aluminium strip 0.21-0.23mm, meets requirements for pharmaceutical industry

b) plastic part: polypropylene, meets requirements for pharmaceutical industry


Packaging operation:

a) products are packed in hard paper boxes (AMERIKAN), dimension 590x390x310mm, containing 15 000 pieces

b) each box contains two HDPE bags, dimension 700x1100mm, each containing 7 500 pieces


Appearance: external and internal surfaces of a product must be smooth and clean, without deformations


Dimensions:

Inside diameter (metal part): 20.20 - 20.40mm
Diameter of the hole on the cap: 8.80 - 9.20mm
Diameter of the cap: 20.70 - 20.90mm
Height (metal part): 7.30 - 7.70mm
Total height: 9.00 - 9.60mm
