Composition:

a) metal part: aluminium strip of a purity 98.5 – 99.5%; lacquered on the inside and out side part, thickness of the aluminium strip 0.21-0.23mm, meets requirements for pharmaceutical industry

b) plastic part: polypropylene, meets requirements for pharmaceutical industry


Packaging operation:

a) products are packed in two HDPE bags, dimension 700x1100mm, each containing 15 000 pieces


Appearance: external and internal surfaces of a product must be smooth and clean, without deformations

Inside diameter (metal part): 13.20 - 13.40mm
Diameter of the hole on the cap: 5.90 - 6.10mm
Diameter of the cap: 15.90 - 16.10mm
Height (metal part): 6.20 - 6.60mm
Total height: 7.20 - 7.60mm
